Shipping Policy

•   Pick-ups must be pre-arranged over phone or e-mail.

•   All items will be shipped to the address on PayPal account or Shipping address you entered during check-out. If you like to ship to a different address, please contact us prior to purchase of any item.

•   All items with a Notification of Payment received by 8 AM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the SAME DAY. Items that are paid after 8 AM PST will be shipped the next business day.

•   Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipments will NOT be made and delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and major Federal Holidays.

•   All items will be shipped by USPS or UPS Ground for US continental 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico is available on select products for an extra charge, so please contact savingtosaving@PartySaving.com for shipping rates to those locales.

•   Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order. These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS or USPS.

•   We CANNOT ship to P.O Box, APO, and FPO.

•   • In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be completed within 10 days.

•   UPS Next Day Air delivery service is available at an additional cost. UPS Next Day Air service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours and shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

•   USPS or UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address on PayPal or your invoice automatically when items are shipped out.

Return Policy

 PLEASE READ THIS SHIPPING POLICY VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR ITEMS.

 Below is our policy on damaged freight merchandise
 This simply protects you, the buyer, and us, the seller.


 Replacement and Return

 We offer a 30-days Standard Return Policy on our PartySaving.com orders.

•    In the unlikely event, you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements with no charge after company’s inspection

•    Please email us at PartySaving@PartySaving.com to discuss the issue. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 24 business hours after company’s inspection.
•   To return all defective or non-defective items, customer has to claim RMA number within 7 days of receipt of the package, and items must be in original condition it was shipped.

•    Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order.

•   ALL RETURNS for refund of any item sold by PartySaving.com will be charged a 10~20% of the product price for a restocking fee, and we will NOT refund any of the original or return shipping costs. If the customer misses shipping carrier's multiple delivery attempts or decides to refuse package delivery, amount of refund will be the original merchandise price less 10% restocking fee without any shipping costs.

•   Return processing time generally takes a few weeks

•   No returns will be accepted for the following conditions:

 - Returning the items without a Order Confirmation Number
 - The product has been used, hung or modified
 - Items from custom order specifically requested by the customer
 - Volume order totaling more than $ 500.00
 - Purchase order for light bulbs alone do not qualify for returns


•   All credit will be placed on PayPal or the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your (online) statement.

•   We would like to state that PartySaving.com does not make profits on customer returns. Our supplier charge us restocking fee for returns and there are shipping charges that PartySaving.com incurs. The 10~20% restocking fee covers only part of the cost that we incur. •   • Please note that failing to return the defective item will result in a charge of both defective and replacement items to your account.


Order Cancellation

•   Unshipped items can be cancelled free without any notice as long as the item was neither manufactured nor customized specifically for the customer. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.

•    If you package has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the UN-OPENED package, even if the package is shipped prior to the "Expected Ship Date" on your order status. Credit will be issued upon receipt of product. The credit amount will be the full amount charged LESS 10~20% to help cover part of the cost that PartySaving.com incurs.
